Natracure
The user manual for Natracure products has been supplemented by Belgomedical with more recent insights.Natracure itself only mentions symptomatic treatment with cold therapy for just 20 minutes.
However, on the recommendation of oncologists, the treatment duration during chemotherapy is much longer.
If the cold pack does seem warmed up, this does not mean that the vasoconstriction on the skin has finished.
Even after taking away the cold, the intramuscular temperature continues do decrease. Skin temperature can rise (the so called reactive vasodilatation).
Advice: medical literature: application, use and duration are longer; or different!
